Cafinasa Corporation

(PINKSHEETS: DRMC) Definitive Rest Mattress Company (the "Company"
or "Definitive Rest") is pleased to announce the acquisition of 70%
of Cafinasa Corporation S.A D.B.A Dymsa Mattress ("Cafinasa"), a
well-established mattress manufacturer in Guatemala. Through this
acquisition, Definitive Rest Mattress Company plans to assume
responsibility for the mattress design, production and logistics of
the combined company.

founded in 1960 by Victoria de Zamora, a woman with a sense and
savvy in business; since the early 1950s she broke ground as a

mattress manufacturing using 100% cotton. With the introduction of
springs to mattress manufacturing, Cafinasa changed its
manufacturing process by adding spring technology in combination
with the use of cotton to establish its own niche in the Guatemalan
and other Central American markets.

the consumer market. With the company founders holding a combined
40 years of experience, they have remained determined in delivering
quality products rather than a generic form of mass production
