INDICES PROCEDURES DUE TO THE PRIMARY PUBLIC OFFERING OF EUCATEX S.A. (EUCA3)

In reference to the 035/2024-SSN notification, we hereby inform you that, due to Eucatex S.A. (EUCA3) PTO for ordinary shares, held at 3:00 p.m. on January 19, 2024, B3 will adopt the procedures below for January 22, 2024 opening on theoretical indices portfolios:

EUCA3 - NEW QUANTITIES
Index: IGCX
Quantity to be excluded: 410
Exclusion Price: R$ 13,38
Quantity remaining on the indices as of January 22, 2024: 593.825

In that way, the closing value for above indices on January 19, 2024, will be calculated considering the weighted average between the excluded quantity, at the auction's price, and the remaining quantity of the portfolio at the EUCA3 closing price on the cash market on 19, 2024.

For January 22, 2024 opening, the respective divisors will be adjusted.
