With effect from 10 July 2006, all outstanding notes and bonds issued pursuant
to the programmes noted below will be transferred from the Gilt-Edged and Fixed
Interest Market of the London Stock Exchange to the Professional Securities
Market of the London Stock Exchange. The programmes are New South Wales Treasury
Corporation's:

1.       AUD12,000,000,000 Global Exchangeable Bond Programme; and

2.       USD10,000,000,000 Multi Currency Euro-Medium Term Note Programme.
