The Company has been notified on 1 December 2022 that on the same day, Mark Cropper, Chairman of the Company, acting as Trustee for the A C Cropper Settlement, sold 32,967 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 910.0p per Share to a member of the Cropper family.
