GMA Resources, the gold mining company, announces that admission to trading has
commenced for its share capital on Frankfurt's Deutsche Boerse.  The Company's
shares are also listed in London on the Alternative Investment Market.


Commenting, Colin Ikin, Chief Executive, said: " The listing in Germany should
widen GMA's shareholder base and avail European retail and institutional
investors of the opportunity to invest in the Company."
