to be effected by means of a Scheme of
Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act
2006
DE-LISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING
OF LXI SHARES
Further to the announcement made by the Boards
of LXi REIT plc ("LXi") and
LondonMetric Property Plc on 5 March 2024 that the Scheme has
become Effective in accordance with its terms, LXi today announces
that, following an application made by LXi, the Financial Conduct
Authority has cancelled the listing of LXi Shares on the premium
listing segment of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange
has cancelled the trading of LXi Shares on the Main Market, in each
case with effect from 8.00 a.m. today, 6 March 2024.

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms
in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to them in
the Scheme Document, a copy of which is available on the LXi
website at www.LXiREIT.com and on the
LondonMetric website at www.LondonMetric.com.
