Total Voting Rights

As at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 472,086,050 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"'). The Company had in place a block listing of 1,306,933 Ordinary Shares, following the issue of 1,288,796 shares from the block listing to satisfy the exercise of options by Market Tech employees since 9 June 2017 the block listing now comprises 18,137 Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 472,086,050 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Market Tech shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
