At  the  Company's request, and in advance of the General Meeting of the Company 
to  be held  at 10 a.m. today at which resolutions are to be proposed that it be 
wound up voluntarily, trading in its Ordinary 5p shares and the listing of those 
securities on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority have been  suspended 
with effect from 7.30 a.m.
