Netb2b2 plc ("Netb2b2" or "the Company") - Issue of Shares

The Company today placed 22 million ordinary shares at a price of 0.55p per
share. Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to
AIM and trading is expected to commence on 29 October 2003.

Keith Young, the Chairman of Netb2b2, commented: "the additional funds raised
today follows on from the fundraising carried out on 1 October and together the
new funding will allow the Company to pursue potential opportunities for the
development of the business."
