Evolution Fuels, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVFND) (the "Company") today announced that, effective as of April 2, 2013, Pun Mo Chung, age 52, has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company as well as to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Since 2007, Mr. Pun has served as the General Manager of Candid Global Resources H.K. Ltd.

Tan Yuen Hing resigned as the Company's Chief Financial Officer on April 1, 2013 but will continue to serve as a member of its Board of Directors.
