AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) today announced that Geneviève
Berger, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was re-elected as
a director of L'Air Liquide S.A. for a term of four years following
the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, with
effect from 7 May 2019.
This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 R
(2).
