The Company is pleased to announce
that Euan Sutherland has been appointed as
a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect
following the approval of his appointment by the Company's
shareholders at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held
earlier today.
The results of the votes on the
resolution proposed at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company
held on 20 January 2025 were as follows.
