Results of General Meeting - Proposed Disposal of the Property Portfolio

On 8 September 2023, Ediston Property Investment Company plc (the "Company") published its shareholder circular (the "Circular") containing a notice of General Meeting in connection with the proposed sale (the "Disposal") of the entirety of the EPIC Group's property portfolio to RI UK 1 Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Realty Income, for cash consideration of GBP200.8 million, prior to agreed deductions of approximately GBP4.0 million.

At the General Meeting held earlier today, the ordinary resolution to approve the Disposal was duly passed by way of a poll and the results of the poll, including the proxy votes received, were as follows:

Completion of the Disposal is expected to occur on 28 September 2023. A further announcement will be made immediately following Completion.
