CHANGE OF NAME 
 
Further to the announcement made by the Company today confirming that all 
resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting were passed, the Company 
announces its name has changed to Amati VCT plc. 
 
Share certificates under the names of First State Investments AIM VCT plc and 
Noble AIM VCT plc will remain valid and do not need to be changed.
