                            Director's Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed that the wife of Atul Gupta,
Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 20p
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 151p per share.

Following such issue, Atul Gupta is interested in 321,045 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company
folloowing such issue.
