The Company announces that it has received
notification that Non-Executive Director Richard Orders purchased
5,000 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares")
at £11.1728 per share on 12 June 2024. As a result, Mr Orders
has a total beneficial interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.003% of the Company's issued share
capital.
