The Company was informed on 14th October 2003 that Marlborough Fund Managers
Limited, which did have a holding of over 3 per cent., has now sold part of its
holding reducing the total holding to 2.13 per cent. of the total issued shares.


Marlborough Fund Managers Limited now has a holding of 4.5 million shares
registered as HSBC Global Custody Nominees a/c 764685.
